Ardeena worked with me to release many parts of my life that I didn't even realise were not balanced. Each week we delved into different parts of emotional or dysfunctional patterning that attributed to ill balance. I had no clue sometimes on why the ill balance was there and Ardeena's role as a person to keep space and guide opened me up for change, it was incredible. I felt safe and empowered in each session I had with Ardeena and immense empowerment within the journey. I have no hesitation at gifting a high recommendation for Ardeena, I see things different in life now, I action things differently now- I am different- I've come back to me!

I just completed the Chakra program with Ardeena as my mentor. After years of “traditional” therapy, medications and little change, I took the risk of diving into something completely different.
