With over a decade of training and experience as a multi-modality practitioner, I have worked with an array of individuals, from those just beginning their journey, to coaches with 30+ years of experience, as well as nutritionists and practitioners across other modalities — each seeking transformation, not as a one-off event, but as a way of life.
My own journey — spanning global work in wellness retreats and spiritual centres, as well as professional expertise in management, operations, and education — taught me the necessity of integrating our spiritual and material worlds if we are to live balanced, fulfilling lives. It's my joy to bridge the gap between personal and professional growth, strategy and self-awareness, systems and soul.
