Joining the dots may sound like small fry (pah! joining the dots so what? 🥱) but it helps you become aware of the bigger picture of your life and why things are happening as they are, usually on repeat - often across multiple generations!
Joining the dots takes the parts and makes the whole - it is the transformation from separation to wholeness.
It will help you to find meaning in all your experiences so that you can move beyond being a puppet of your past, present or even your future - and instead become the artist that is shaping your universe as much as it shaping you in every now moment.

My life has taken me across the globe, studying, working, and volunteering in wellness retreats and spiritual centres. These travels were spiritually-rich, though often separated from the ‘outside’ world. Conversely, my professional expertise in management, administrative-operations, and education felt separated from my spirituality. These diverse experiences have deepened my understanding of personal growth and healing during these times of unprecedented change, and emphasised the necessity of integrating our spiritual and material worlds if we are to live balanced and fulfilling lives.
Now, with over a decade of training and experience as a multi-modality practitioner, I specialise in combining breathwork with advanced skills in multidimensional (holographic) awareness and transformation.
My training includes in-depth study of applying holographic awareness to daily life through the practical application of ancient tools and wisdom. I enjoy guiding clients in understanding how interconnectedness applies to transformation as a way of life, with the aim of creating a life - and a world - they love.
